“Kimberly's instruction has been instrumental to me in my pursuit of Yoga. I have practiced with her for three years--my very first three years as a yogi--and if it weren't for her continued assistance and motivation, I would have quit shortly after starting. If there's one thing to take away from her classes, it's that you will NEVER be bored. Kimberly works tirelessly on extremely unique flows that you will not find anyone else doing, anywhere. Each month there is something new, but you always have the month to 1) learn the flow and 2) allow yourself to improve. It's a great confidence booster to watch yourself progress throughout the month and take the same flow to the next level! All of this said, Kimberly's classes are also not for the meek! She will challenge you no matter what your skill level--beginner to expert. Just as I think there is no flow left out there to make me sweat, she proves me (and everyone else) wrong! Do yourself a favor and attend one of her classes. You'll never look at Yoga the same way again!”
"Kimberly is one of my all time favorite yoga teachers! I think what I love most about her class is that even though I have practiced for over ten years, I am ALWAYS learning something new from her. Every month, class builds toward something new and challenging, but then we get the chance to continue to grow toward those new challenges over several classes. I also really enjoy the sense of community she facilitates, and the spiritual side that she includes preparing for Savasana and throughout class. I feel reminded to relax, to love, and to be my best person. I always come away physically, mentally and spiritually refreshed. So yummy!"

“If one can be both calm and spirited, Kimberly is that, as well as being funny and encouraging to her students. I've always felt that I could ask her for a demonstration of a pose, if I needed to, and she often is sensitive to the complexity of some poses and takes time to show us how to do it correctly.
I've attended any number of Kimberly's classes over the last several years and keep going back because I found the right amount of challenge with the poses, and grace and strength of movement, enjoying especially that she often maintains the same routine for a month, thus giving us time to expand our bodies' reach and practice, before we move on to other routines.

“I joined Kimberly's class with only one gym yoga class under my belt. From the first class, I felt as if it were a private lesson in my own improvement, as the poses were explained and well exhibited. I have always felt in control of my practice as she offers many different variations for those who may want to take it easy or really challenge themselves.
She encourages honoring the body as well as the mind for all levels of practice. I have taken supplemental yoga classes in addition to Kimberly's class; the growth and passion I found in yoga has been fostered through Kimberly's class undoubtedly. She mixes different types of yoga and salutations in a routine; however she focuses on one flow a month. This technique has fostered such success in myself and other yoga students because we are given the chance to work on our own goals for the month. “I found my way to Kimberly and yoga completely by accident while training for my first Ironman. After almost 4 years of training my yoga night is the one workout that I still always look forward to. Her workouts are incredibly challenging yet inclusive so you never feel left out if you can’t do a particular pose. They also always have a little fun mixed in to keep things interesting. She changes the workouts monthly making it easy to see growth and improvement, and stay motivated. If you’re looking for a challenging class that doesn’t involve a lot of nonsense, with one of the nicest people you will ever meet, Kimberly will not disappoint.”

“After having gone to a few different yoga classes, I just never really "got into it," but I would try again on occasion. I tried again one February morning 3 years ago, which turned out to be Kimberly's class, and I was hooked. Every month she changes the workout and the music to correspond to that month - in December we worked on reducing stress, in February we opened our hearts. I loved this class so much I talked my manly-man husband into coming during his slow season. Last year it was October when he said, "I need to get back to yoga," this year it was July. Kimberly's class makes us both stronger and helps to reduce our achy joints. We love her!”

“Kimberly is one of the very best yoga instructors I’ve ever taken classes from. She carefully and thoughtfully puts together a challenging flow each month to target specific areas. She is very good at describing positions and helping me to relax further into a pose; and she makes sure poses are done safely. Her class is always challenging but leaves me feeling stronger after. At the end of class there is always a bonus challenge pose that Kimberly encourages me to try. Even if I can’t fully do the pose, it helps me to know what my body is really capable of.
